All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Satin Tops are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
This policy applies to all products, including (but not limited to) hats/caps, beanies/watch caps, scrunchies, and accessories.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item at our discretion. Items must be unused/unworn and in original packaging.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Returns Sent Without Approval
We do not accept returns sent back without prior written approval. Any packages sent to us without approval may be refused or returned to sender.
