I absolutely LOVE this hat! It helps stop frizz and keeps my locs looking neat without messing up my retwists. The fit is comfortable, the quality is great, and the satin lining makes such a difference. I’m seriously so happy with this purchase! ❤️
In comparison to the other comments I read—my shipping was fast so I think it’s circumstantial to where you live, the season, or other things. Also, I am getting my rank and name sewn on so the name plate doesn’t really matter to me but I can definitely see this as an issue if you have a last name longer than 6 letters. The cap is VERY sturdy, packaged well, AND the biggest perk is that I can actually see when wearing it unlike my other ball caps where the brim is in my face. My only negative comment is that I’ve been watching this item for months and not once was an officer ball cap available so that’s honestly what convinced me to just get an enlisted cap and get my rank sewn on so that one part in the front will be over the silk on the inside. Not a major negative but if they offered an officer cap I’d just use the velcrow instead of getting it sewn on.

You’re also right about the officer option and the rear name tape area. Our next large shipment will include an officer version with the front rank patch area, and we’ve also increased the length of the name tape pad in the back based on customer feedback about longer last names.

The satin lining is sewn so well. The cap shipped quickly. The cap was packaged with support to keep its shape during shipping. I am very happy with my purchase. It’s worth the spend.

Awesome product
I haven’t received my second part to my order and haven’t received any communication as well. I ordered my hats May 21st and its been almost a month with no information. I emailed and still haven’t received anything.
Cap feels wonderful and does its intended purpose, name plate velcro is just a little short by about an inch length wise.
needs a longer tab for name tape. fits great though

Honest really nice product, only two things I recommend are faster shipping times i think i got this like a month or two later than i ordered it. Lastly they velcro ment to hold your name patch needs to be longer.
